The rainforest trails of Cantareira State Park (nucleus Pedra Grande, Águas Claras, Engordador and Cabuçu) are located in the montane altitudinal zone between 800 and 1.100 height meters. These are easy trails with walking times between 1 and 2 hours (see guided tours).
