Porto Seguro – Salvador is a medium level Mountain Bike tour through different protected areas of the Mata Atlântica Biosphere Reserve in the South Bahia (Costa do Descobrimento, Costa do Cacau, Costa do Dendê). The tour features average daily distances of 30 - 40 km on irregular terrain. At Monte Pascoal and Itacaré - Serra Grande day hikes of 2 - 4 hours are planned.

A good physical condition is required to enjoy daily exercises of about 4 - 6 hours under tropical climate conditions. The Accomodation is in private guest houses.
