The Saint - Hilaire / Lange National Park is an Integral Protection Conservation Unit of the Atlantic Rainforest Southeast Reserves World Heritage Site and part of the Mata Atlântica Biosphere Reserve in the state of Paraná. It is located 90 km south of Curitiba and 20 km west of Paranaguá.

The park protects 24.500 ha of the ecosystems mangrove, restinga, submontane and montane tropical rainforest of the Atlantic Rainforest biome which occur up to 1.500 height meters above the Neoproterozoic (> 500 Ma) rocks of the Serra da Prata mountain range, local name given to the Serra do Mar in that region.

Serra da Prata is one of the massifs that constitute the Paranaguá batholith, an enormous granitic rock that intruded the coastal (costeiero) terrane of the southern Ribeira Belt at the end of the Brasiliano / Pan - African cycle (see geology). The main ecotouristic attractions of the park are the hiking trails that lead to the summit of Torre da Prata, with 1.502 meters the highest point of the mountain range such as the Limeira mountain bike trail.
