São Paulo – Rio de Janeiro II and III are two demanding mountain bike tours through the Atlantic Rainforest reserves of the mountain ranges Serra do Mar and Mantiqueira. Both tours require an excellent physical shape / constitution as average daily distances of 60 km on unpaved roads and under tropical climate conditions have to be absolved.

Remark: There is also the possibility to access the different locations of the tour by car (4x4 recommended) and to start individual hikes or bike rides from there.
