The rainforest trails of Serra dos Órgãos National Park are located in the montane and high montane altitudinal zone between 1.000 and 2.200 height meters with daily average walking times between 2 and 6 hours. One of the most beautiful trails of the park is the traditional traverse from Teresópolis to Petrópolis which can be hiked in 3 to 4 days.
