The rainforest trails
in
Campos do Jordão,
Pindamonhangaba and São Bento de Sapucaí are located in the
montane and
high montane
altitudinal zone
between 500 and 2.000 height meters with walking times between 2 and 6 hours.
They can be divided into historical trails that connect the upper
Paraíba Valley
with the ondulated plateau of Campos do Jordão, trails on the plateau
(including the Campos do Jordão
State Park)
and trails around the
inselberg formations
Pedra do Baú,
Ana Chata and
Bauzinho

guided tours).
