Day 1: Hiking / Trekking

Walk through the historic centre of São Paulo and visit of the Curucutu nucleus at Serra do Mar State Park. Joint diner at a typical restaurant.

Day 2 – 6: Mountain Biking

    • Paraíso waterfall and estuary mouth of the Una do Prelado river at de Juréia-Itatins.

    • Despraiado mountain bike trail in the northern part of the conservation unit.

    • Ribeira river, historical centers of Iguape and Cananéia.

    • Visit of the Cambriú river and a Caiçara community at Ilha do Cardoso.

    • Deserted beaches with restinga vegetation at Superagüi National Park.

Day 7: Hiking / Trekking

Boat tour through mangrove forests nearby Guaraqueçaba and ecological walk through lowland tropical rainforest to a unique waterfall sequence at the Sebuí privat reserve. In the afternoon, observation of the arrival of red - tailed amazon swarms to a tiny island.

Day 8: Mountain Biking

Mountain Bike trail to the largest waterfall of the region and transfer to Morretes.

Day 9 - 13: Hiking / Trekking

    • Hike to one of the peaks of the Marumbi massif.

    • Historical train ride through the magnificent escarpments of the Paranaense Serra do Mar to Curitiba.

    • Hike to and through some karst caves of PETAR and Intervales State Park.

Day 14: Mountain Biking

Downhill mountain bike trail through submontane and montane rainforest of Carlos Botelho State Park and return to São Paulo.
