São Paulo – Curitiba is a medium level, combined hiking / (trekking) & mountain bike tour through the conservation units of the Atlantic Rainforest Southeast Reserves World Heritage Site.

This tour requires a good physical shape in order to complete average daily distances of 40 km (mountain bike) and 3 - 5 h hikes on unpaved roads / rainforest trails, under subtropical climate conditions.
