Brazil Mountain Biking - São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro I is a medium to advanced level mountain bike tour through the Serra do Mar mountain chain in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (see route).

It is situated between sea level and 1.000 height meters, covering the lowland, submontane and montane altitudinal zones of the Serra do Mar / Bocaina conservation units. The tour can be combined with a visit to Ilhabela and / or Ilha Grande.
