Paraty – Ouro Preto is a demanding mountain bike tour through some conservation units of the Atlantic Rainforest reserves in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro such as the historic cities of Minas Gerais. This tour requires an excellent physical shape / constitution as average daily distances of 65 km on unpaved mountainous roads under tropical climatic conditions have to be absolved.

Remark: There is also the possibility to access the different locations of the tour by car (4x4 recommended) and to start individual hikes or bike rides from there. The described tour is also highly recommended for Motor Bikers.
